Caregiving can be isolating, but it doesn't have to be. If your group of up to 5 caregivers is struggling with questions like, 'Are we doing this right?' or 'What do we do now?', or if caregiver decisions are causing trouble within the family, Jessica can help. She'll provide guidance and identify blind spots to prevent burnout and family arguments. In this group session, you'll learn practical self-care strategies, access valuable resources, and create a collaborative plan to manage emotional distress and navigate family dynamics related to care.
